No Returns on Custom Products

All of our clothing items including customizable QR codes are custom-made based on the links that our provided in the order. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Quality Certification Before Shipping

To ensure you receive a product that meets our standards, every item undergoes a thorough quality certification process before it is shipped. The RENDI Certified sticker on your product packaging signifies that this process was complete at the production facility. Our team inspects:

This process allows us to confirm that your product is free from defects when it leaves our facility.

In the Rare Event of an Issue

If you believe there is an error with your order upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email]. Please provide us with clear photos and your order number. We will be documenting each product with clear photos of our own ensuring transparency and credibility. While returns are not accepted, we will review any concerns to determine whether a replacement or alternative solution is appropriate.
